After 14 days in stainless steel tanks, this wine is pressed off skins and moved to barrel where it completes both primary and secondary fermentation in 100% French Oak barrels. The wine is then left to mature on lees for 4 months to help give the wine a nice, delicious mid-palate with integrated tannins.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe red fruit and delicate cherry blossom are layered with warm baking spices and toasted oak. The palate showcases rich red fruit flavors complemented by notes of roasted cedar and subtle spice. Bold and beautifully structured, the wine carries through to a long, lingering finish with depth and complexity.
