This blend is distinguished by fermenting separate lots in stainless tanks followed by aging in 100% French oak. We hand pick only the top barrels from our best vineyards to include in this exclusive blend.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Fresh red fruits of the forest, vibrant violets and delicate cherry blossom elegant with fresh tobacco and toasted oak.

Flavor: Ripe juicy red fruits of the forest melded in with some warm roasted cedar, leading into a bold long spicy finish.
