This elegant, vibrant Chardonnay is our second wine release in the updated rutherford Hill label. This approachable but complex Chardonnay is ideal for paring with many foods or for enjoying on its own. We have much respect for and experience with the noble Chardonnay grape. In fact, Chardonnay has been produced at rutherford Hill since the winery’s founding. All our winemaking and viticultural practices are aimed at enhancing Chardonnay’s natural charm and stylishness. The utilization of traditional Burgundian practices like whole cluster pressing, barrel fermentation and sur lie aging are critical to creating this crowd-pleasing wine.
